The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept incredibly well. The bathroom and shower were nice and had a few helpful amenities. There was plenty of storage and everything was very clean. The rooftop terrace and pool were lovely: the pool was a pleasant temperature, and it was nice to have meals/drinks on the terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding hills.

This hotel is in a very central location very close to the ADO coach station. We upgraded to the 3rd floor as we needed an early check in and the rooms were lovely and free biscuits every morning was a lovely touch, the room was cleaned every day with new bed sheets which was a plus. The rooftop pool is a huge highlight with beautiful views of the town, and I think this is the only hotel to offer this in Orizaba. The bar staff are very attentive and was very impressed with the hotel. The breakfasts are tasty and of a good quality.

Second time we stopped at this hotel and second time it didn't disappoint. Everything is thought through, from ramps for wheelchairs to even water pressure in bathrooms. The gym is a world class. I could not find anything that would disappoint or annoy.

The hotel is located right in the center so that all the sightseeings of the town can be reached by just walking. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there, heated swimming pool with illumination, friendly and caring hotel staff, a nice and cozy gym.

Got an upgrade to a junior suite, it was a wonderful room with a great view and a perfect bed. I would have liked a chance to enjoy it more but I got up very early and so also didn't have chance to try the breakfast but it looked very enticing.

The hotel was spacious with a beautiful courtyard. The beds were suuuuuper comfortable too. We drove and the parking lot was secure and easily accessible.

Underground parking garage and rooftop terrace both great. Easy-to-find location right on the main street in the center of town.

Lovely hotel, rooms where small but very nice and clean. Bed really comfortable and shower amazing. Food and service in restaurant was very good.
